Shipping

Shipping is free on every order to Canada and the US. There's no minimum.

When your order ships

As soon as your payment goes through, your order goes to our fulfilment partner. It's usually packed and handed to the carrier within a few business days.

How long delivery takes

Each product page shows an estimated delivery time. That's how long the carrier usually takes once your order has shipped. It can change with your location, customs checks and busy seasons.

Most pieces ship from our partner's warehouses overseas. If your order has items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number once it ships. Email us at the support address on your receipt with your order number and we'll send it to you.

Duties and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars and include shipping. Depending on where you live, the carrier or customs may charge import duties or taxes on delivery.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can change it until the order ships.
