Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from Modaku at www.modaku.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars and include shipping to Canada and the US. We show colours and details as accurately as we can, but screens vary. Prices and availability can change at any time. If an item was listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when your payment goes through. Payments are processed by Stripe. If we can't fulfil an order, for example because an item sold out, we'll let you know and refund what you paid for it.

Shipping and returns

See our Shipping and Returns & refunds pages.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
